Returns
Because our furniture is made to order, all products are non returnable unless they have been supplied incorrectly by us or the products are damaged, in which case we will collect the unwanted goods from you free of charge provided you have contacted us within 3 days of delivery. You will then receive a replacement product for these items.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and be fit for resale. Once returned to us the goods will then be checked and a refund will then be issued.
Damages/Faulty goods
We must be notified within 3 working days that the goods received are damaged or have some sort of defect. Please contact us by e-mail in the first instance. Items that are damaged or faulty will either be collected and refunded or a replacement item will be sent out to you
Our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty, which ranges from a minimum of 1 year all the way to 15 years, dependent on the product and manufactirer. If you experience an issue with your product please contact Customer Services for further instructions.
Our warranties does not cover faults caused by neglect, misuse, normal wear & tear or accident.
